  • What is FoxWapp?

    FoxWapp is an all-in-one WhatsApp marketing and automation SaaS platform. It lets you send bulk campaigns, build chatbot automation flows, manage contacts, run a shared multi-agent inbox, and track analytics — all using the official WhatsApp Business API.

  • After signing up, go to Settings → WhatsApp Account and follow the guided setup. You'll connect via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API using your Facebook Business Manager. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes.

  • Yes. FoxWapp is built on top of the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) provided by Meta. This ensures your messages are delivered reliably, your account stays compliant, and you get access to all advanced features like templates, interactive messages, and flows.

  • Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can explore everything before committing.

  • How does the automation flow builder work?

    FoxWapp includes a visual drag-and-drop flow builder where you can design chatbot workflows. Set triggers (like a keyword or a new contact), add conditions, send messages, collect responses, and route conversations — all without any coding.

  • Absolutely. FoxWapp's multi-agent inbox lets your entire team collaborate on one shared WhatsApp number. Conversations can be assigned to specific agents, tagged, and filtered. Growth plans support up to 5 agents, and Enterprise plans are unlimited.

  • You can send text, images, videos, documents, audio, buttons, interactive lists, product catalogs, and WhatsApp Flows. For bulk campaigns you'll use pre-approved message templates. For chatbot flows you can use free-form messages within the 24-hour conversation window.

  • Yes. The built-in AI Message Assistant helps you write campaign copy, reply suggestions, and chatbot messages. It's available in the message editor and the inbox reply box on Growth and Enterprise plans.

  • Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

    Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No contracts, no lock-in. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your billing period.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely.

  • We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate FoxWapp before paying. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Contact us if you have any billing concerns — we're here to help.
